American’s are sick and tired!
They are sick and tired of their falling home values. They’re sick and tired of shrinking 401k’s. They are sick and tired of the increasing cost of living and sick and tired of being broke and in debt.
Americans are sick and tired of being sick and tired!
Today, average Americans are seeing the small wealth they’ve worked so hard to build, disappear right before their eyes by forces they have absolutely no control over and the American Dream hangs in the balance.
In this current economic climate, it is more important than ever to learn new skills and become an Internet Entrepreneur – your standard of living depends on it.
No Dependence
There may have been a time when you could depend on a good, stable American job to provide for yourself and for your family. Heck, there may have been a time where you could depend on your federal government to work together to do what is in the best interest of the nation and every American citizen.
However, with every passing day it is becoming more and more evident that returning to a day when you could graduate from college and obtain a job that you could be assured would not be outsourced or terminated all-together, is getting bleaker.
The markets are in turmoil at home and abroad. Our government can’t seem to agree on how to put people back to work, how to put more money in their pockets, how to stimulate the economy or how to pay for the 15-trillion dollars in debt that this country owes as a result of a disastrous monetary policy.
Nope! I think that many people all across the U.S are starting to understand that in times if economic crisis you simply cannot depend on anyone but yourself to be economically stable, financially free or whatever monetary goal it is that you wish to accomplish.
You have to depend on you to make sure you get yourself and your family through the tough times.
It’s Your Standard Of Living
As I write this, the average inflation rate for 2011 is estimated to be at about 3.4% – the highest it’s been since
2007 right before economic sands shifted. This means that a basket of goods this year is 3.5% more expensive than it was the year before.
At the same time, an article posted in USA Today last month claimed that over the last decade, the median household income dropped 2.3% to about $49,000.
Goods in America are getting more expensive and Americans are earning less. Americans are getting poorer and your standard of living is being threatened.
Obvious Fix
It’s really not that hard to figure out what the fix is to your problem.
If you are earning less dollars and the goods and services you buy to maintain your current standard of living require more dollars, then you need MORE dollars.
You then have two options:
- You can got back to school and spend thousands of dollars to get a diploma that may very well be useless in terms of finding a job in a down economy; or
- You can self-educate, learn new skills and spend thousands of dollars building an Internet business where the profits you earn can be limitless.
The reality is that there are no guarantees in either option. But in an economic climate where jobs are harder to come by and pay less, the amount of goods you can buy with your dollars is diminishing, retirement accounts are dwindling away and other forms of retirement income such as social security don’t appear to be guaranteed anymore, it is more important than ever to take charge of your financial future, secure your standard of living and way of life and become an Internet Entrepreneur.
Mastermind:
Do you think that becoming an Internet Entrepreneur in today’s economic climate is riskier than going back to school and looking for a job? Why or why not?

Hi Hector,
I have to agree here. When I worked for someone else I would watch as the price of goods and services increased as my paycheck stayed the same.
Being an entrepreneur allows us the ability to earn unlimited income.
take care…

Hi Justin. You’re Absolutely right and that is usually the way it works for most employees. Unfortunately, I only see this problem getting much worse in the coming years. Massive money printing is never a good thing for currency, It only devalues it and makes people much poorer. Glad you’re an entrepreneur.
Becoming an entrepreneur alone will not solve your every financial problem but it will give you a better edge on building and being an accumulator of wealth versus getting taxed before you are giving your earnings for the week and then getting taxed on everything else you consume.
What is your business, Justin?
I look for any and all online opportunities to earn money. I am looking into a couple of MLM businesses like Zeekler at the moment. My blog is doing well too and I plan to go full throttle(monetarily) in 2012.

That’s great Justin! I’m glad that you are looking into business opportunities to start your own business in 2012. I looked into Zeekler and it looks like it’s a bidding business, correct?
Let me ask you a question. What kind of income goals have you set for yourself on a per month basis come 2012? 4, 5 maybe even 6 figures?
I prefer option 2 to option 1. People needs to open their eyes to reality! They keep getting drown by “Go To school, Get Good Grade, Get A Good Job” where’s is the job? I doubt if there is.
I don’t think option 2 is riskier, when you fail you start all over again. But when you fail in college you’re known to be a failure.
Th first option is riskier in the sense that your school certificate does not guarantee in today’s economy. Why waste your time learning ‘what’s calculus’ in school when you know that you won’t need it in real life? Going to school and depending on a day job is riskier. in fact, that’s professional gambling!
I’m all in for option 2. I have my backup point for that. Thanks so much for sharing bro!
Yo Sam! How’s it going buddy! I am right there with you man.
I definitely believe that holding on to a job is riskier, not only because you psychologically condition yourself to operate from the wage system but because you in reality what you are doing is you are putting the lifestyle that you could be living on hold!
Here is a question I like to ask all the people that I talk to regarding my business and that is – “If you don;t take action today and start learning how to become an Internet Entrepreneur, what will your life look like if you wait 10 more years. Will you have started a business and started earning thousands, hundreds of thousands or even millions of dollars or will you still be stuck in your office cubicle and living in fear if losing your job.”
It’s a question we all need to ask ourselves!
Thanks for stopping by Sam!
Hi Hector
Congratulations for being internet entrepreneur. I read your about page but I couldn’t find information regarding type of your online business, are you doing affiliate or have your own apps?
I have 9 to 5 jobs and also doing affiliate marketing as my side job, but I hope in this year I can be full time internet marketer so I can work with pajamas, enjoying my time with family and possibility to work remote everywhere. If you have any tips I will greatly appreciate
All the best,
Adi Rian

Hi Adi! Thanks for your comment and welcome to Internet Entrepreneur Connection! I think I need to work better at presenting the type of business I am in in my about page as well as on the front-end of my blog.
I am in top-tier direct selling.
I also still have a 9-5 job an am building my business. I have been in top-tier direct sales for about a year already and although I have earned some nice income I still have not earned enough passive income to be able to quit my job.
I am currently also working on a book which you may have already seen, titled De-CLASS-ified which will go on sale later this year. After that I will continue working on creating some eCourses and will also be starting my very first Podcast here on Internet Entrepreneur Connection.
Building a business, especially online is pretty tough and there is never overnight success. It’s something that takes time and dedication along with a great mastermind team or a mentor. I am lucky enough to have a millionaire mentor to work with in my business however. I have a vision for where I want to go and that, my friend, is very very important!
By the way! I am also working with a mastermind group from my job to develop apps. Our last idea was announced by another set of developers before we could get something patented (now called bypass Lane – look it up. It is a great idea). I like to be in different opportunities but I take one thing at a time otherwise I’ll burn myself out!
Let’s keep in touch Adi. It sounds like we have a lot in common and we have very similar goals.. although I dont want to work in my pajamas
